Prof. (Dr.) Susanta Kumar Mishra has more than 25 years of experience in Industry and academics. He holds a PhD degree in Business Management in the area of finance from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and currently pursuing his post-Doctoral degree in Management leading to D. Lit.in Management. His other qualifications include M.B.A., LL.B. and Company Secretary (Executive) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.

Achievements -

At present he is working as Professor in the Department of Management at Centurion University of Technology & Management, Odisha. Dr. Mishra is a member of the Independent Director’s Databank maintained by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Dr. Mishra has been teaching students of M.B.A.B.B.A. and B. Com since last 22 years. Over the Years he has been teaching various papers of Finance, Business and Corporate Law, Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship. He has attended various short-term courses and FDPs from IIM-Bangalore and IIM-Calcutta and has completed various certificate courses on Mutual Funds and Capital Market from the National Institute of Securities Market. A number of students has been awarded with Ph.D. Degree and a few more students are presently working for their doctoral thesis. \r\n\r\nDr. Mishra has authored a number of Books. His book titled “Derivatives and Risk Management” is published by Everest Publication, Pune and is meant for students of Business Management in Finance area. He has authored two books on Entrepreneurship titled ” Skills for Entrepreneurial Success” and “How to write a Business Plan ” and is useful for everyone having interest in Entrepreneurship. Both the books are available on digital format in Amazon kindle as well as on hard copy format in amazon store. The other books authored by him and available on amazon kindle and amazon store include “A Guide to Mutual Fund Investments in India” and ” Financial Derivatives: Investment & Strategy” and “Financial Accounting”. Dr. Mishra is the Founder and the Chief Editor of the Management Journal titled “International Journal for Management Research”. He has written a number of articles in various national and international journals. Recently he has published a book titled “Business and Corporate Laws” published by INSC International Publishers.\r\n\r\nDr. Mishra to his credit has organized a number of national and international level seminars, workshops and conferences in the area of finance and entrepreneurship.
