The Deputy Manager - Patient Experience is responsible for supporting the strategic development and operational execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall patient journey and satisfaction within the hospital. This role will actively contribute to fostering a patient-centric culture, managing patient feedback mechanisms, resolving grievances, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for all patients and their families.
Role requires 10-15 years of experience into Patient Service, Conversion, Feedback Mechanism and Managing a large team. Pref from Hospital/Hotel/Aviation Industry
