Job Details

Qualification:
Clinical/Medical Graduate – BDS/BHMS/BAMS/Nursing/Physiotherapy
MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management (preferred)

Your Impactful Role : 
-Drive quality initiatives aligned with NABH/JCI standards.
-Conduct internal audits and ensure closure of action plans.
-Maintain SOPs, policies, and compliance documentation.
-Promote patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
-Lead staff training, mock drills, and awareness programs.
-Analyze quality indicators and patient feedback for improvement.
-Coordinate hospital committees and ensure timely implementation of decisions.
