This role requires a strong understanding of billing processes, financial principles, and meticulous attention to detail. The Senior Associate will handle complex billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, contribute to process improvements, and may provide guidance to more junior team members, ensuring optimal cash flow and client satisfaction.
