The Zonal Sales Manager - Diagnostics is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share within a designated geographical zone. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and/or Territory Sales Executives (TSEs). The ZSM will be accountable for driving profitable growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, large hospital groups, diagnostic chains, distributors).
