Job Details:

An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the financial aspects of a company's client accounts. They work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.


Key Responsibilities



  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    • Understand clients' financial needs and objectives.

    • Provide exceptional customer service.



  • Financial Management:

    • Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.

    • Track and manage client payments.

    • Reconcile client accounts.

    • Resolve billing disputes and inquiries



  • Reporting:

    • Generate regular financial reports for clients.

    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.



  • Sales Support:

    • Assist with the sales process by providing financial information to potential clients.

    • Cross-sell and upsell additional products or services.



  • Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications



  • Experience in the Education/Healthcare sector will be preferred.

  • Knowledge of Tally/Oracle.
