Job Details

Key Requirements:
 • Minimum 10+ years of experience as GM – Operations or in a similar senior leadership role.
 • Must have led operations in a 300 + bedded NABH-accredited hospital.
 • Proven expertise in hospital administration, patient care coordination, compliance, vendor management, and strategic planning.
 • Strong leadership and crisis management skills with a results-driven approach.

Role Responsibilities:
 • Oversee end-to-end P & L responsibilities with hospital operations , marketing, HR , purchase, quality …..
 • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and NABH standards.
 • Drive patient satisfaction, quality improvement initiatives, and operational efficiency.
 • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve performance, safety, and service goals.
