What would you do?
You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team that supports lateral recruitment of Accenture s Operations entity. It comprises of skilled analytics, reporting, solution architecture, product owner, development, data science, and change management/training professionals around the world whose mission is to provide Accenture business and HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to enable data-led decision making. Working on highly complex and often unstructured projects, they find ways to make what we thought was impossible, possible.You will work on Data Mining and help in the process of finding correlations or patterns among dozens of fields in large relational databases. You will analyze data from many different dimensions or angles, categorize it, and summarize the relationships identified.

HR Analytics Roles and Responsibilities: The role serves as a core member of advanced analytics team responsible for supporting global projects across Accenture HR.The responsibilities involve but not limited to the following.1. Partner with stakeholders and other members of the team to apply critical thinking and the latest data science methodologies in a consultative way to solve our most complex analytic challenges.
Develop and manage any or all the following in support of data science activities in the assigned area(s)/portfolio(s): analytic solution vision, strategy, roadmap, plan.Oversee, as required, the development and delivery of data science projects, products, and assets.
As needed, research and develop assets and other work products to test and prove or disprove analytic hypotheses and address challenges.
Translate business issues into specific requirements to develop analytic solutions and identify appropriate data to support the solution
