Provide HR guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with department leads and management and to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting, ensuring HR strategies are integrated with business plans.
Assist in the full hiring process, including recruitment,interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, benefits administration, and performance management.
Coordinate employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee communications, and exit interviews.
Research emerging HR trends and best practices to inform strategic business decisions and HR initiatives.
Analyze HR data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Support labor relations efforts, including union-free initiatives and collective bargaining agreementsTrain and mentor HR Partners and supervisors on labor relations and employee engagement.
Communicate company-level initiatives, such as compensation and promotions, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to promote employee understanding and adoption of HR initiatives.
