Job Details

Key Responsibilities
1) Lead and manage the entire HR function across geographies – India, US, EU, ROW
2) Develop and execute HR strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention
3) Build a strong leadership pipeline and drive succession planning across levels
4) Oversee organizational development, performance management, and capability building
5) Strengthen employer branding, employee engagement, and DE&I practices
6) Align HR systems, policies, and processes with global compliance and business needs
7) Partner with CXOs and business heads to support growth and transformation initiatives
8) Drive digital HR transformation and enhance employee experience using HR tech

Candidate Profile
1) MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
2) 20+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a CXO-level role in Global HR leadership in formulations pharma companies only
3) trong business acumen with experience in managing multi-site operations
4) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
