Mr G Ravinder is having around 25+ years of experience in the field of healthcare sector. He has experience in both Project Management and Corporate Operations at Senior Management positions. He has implemented more than 30+ tertiary care hospitals and 5 industrial projects across India and in abroad from Concept stage to commissioning.
He has been into Healthcare profession since the year 1996 and worked in various positions such as a SBU Head (Hospital Unit Head) , GM -Operations initial stage ,Vice President (Care Hospitals group during 2007-2019); Group Head-Projects (BRL 2019-21), etc.\r\n\r\nCurrently, engaged as a Consultant, Adviser & Director with GVK EMRI (Emergency Management & Research Institute) Hospital, Hyderabad , Director-Operations with AHS IPL, Healthcare consultant for implementing a 75-bed medical rehab center, Hyderabad, peer review of designs & overseeing construction -Medical college project, Pondicherry, Infrastructural & clinal facility Due Diligence of the Hospital chains in Hyderabad, Kerala, Reviewing & finalizing designs & service plan for establishment of 100 bed Tibetan medicines hospital, Providing inputs for finalization of designs and overseeing construction of 350 bed Cancer Teaching Hospital in AP.\r\n\r\nABROAD ASSIGNMENTS: South Korea, Singapore, Hongkong, Colombo, Dubai, Kenya, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Ghana, Senegal on various healthcare and Industrial project assignments.\r\n\r\nProject Management experience: Having 25+ years experience in the field of Project Management from Concept stage to Commissioning of Hospitals. The responsibility includes project planning, validations & finalization of designs, establishment of green field & brown field Hospital projects till commissioning. The scope includes involvement in conceptualization of hospital projects, budgeting, project strategies, validation of designs, clinical planning, medical equipment planning and non-medical equipment planning, construction management of Civil & MEP, Interiors works, project procurement, infrastructure finalizations & space acquisitions, guiding/assisting during mergers & acquisitions are being core functions.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTraining programs attended or conducted: NABH , Operational efficiency in hospitals, leadership trainings, Design & Build conclaves, Architectural challenges in brown field projects, interiors finish for hospitals, Life cycle cost of MEP equipment & its impact on operational cost, Fire safety, MS Projects; Six sigma (green belt); ISO 9000; ISO14000; Green buildings rating systems; TQM; Fire safety, knowledge series on hospital infrastructure management.\r\n\r\nExperience with professional bodies:\r\n\r\n· Member of technical committee for formulating green building rating system for ‘hospital buildings’ with Indian Green building Council (IGBC).\r\n\r\n· Advisor for various Conclaves & Summits of ASHRAE/ISHRAE, FSAI, ACREX who have been workings on standards and conducting training programs in the field of Air conditioning, Indoor Air quality and Fire safety for Hospital projects.\r\n\r\n· Member of Fire Safety Association and various professional bodies & associations
