Bio:

Dr Ashish Hota is a leading and successful interventional cardiologist in eastern India. He is instrumental to setup Cardiac catheterization laboratory and CCU in many hospitals. He started BMV, Peripheral intervention and Carotid stenting for the first time in IQ City Medical College Hospital, Durgapur. in previous year ,he has performed more than thousand interventional procedure including coronary angiography, cerebral and peripheral angiography, primary PCI, pacemaker implantation, ASD device closure, AICD, CRT implantation.

Achievements:

• Projects Clinical profile, risk factors and outcome of patients presenting with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction in a tertiary center: a prospective study
• Incidence, predictors and outcome of perioperative myocardial injury in patients undergoing noncardiac surgery in a tertiary care center
• Resting heart rate and body mass index as predictor of severe coronary atherosclerosis burden by syntax score in patients with stable angina pectoris
